Christopher's Herbal Iron Formula

The herb Yellow Dock has considerable amounts of vitamin C, which has been used historically to facilitate the absorption of Iron. Yellow Dock is also over 50% iron by weight, thus it has been used historically for conditions relating to iron deficiency.
Ingredients:
White Oak Bark, Yellow Dock Root, Slippery Elm Bark, Mullein Leaves, Black Walnut Leaves, Lobelia Herb & Marshmallow Root.
Directions:
As a dietary supplement take 2 capsules before each meal with 12 oz. water or as directed by your health care professional.
Store in a cool, dry place.
