Directions
Start with 1 Multi-Herb tablet of this product in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening, increasing intake by 1 tablet every other day until you achieve 2-3 bowel omvements per day. Do not exceed 6 tablets twice per day. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day.
Warnings: Contains Black Cohosh which is not to be used while pregnant or nursing.
