Jarrow's MSM ( Methyl-Sulfony-Methane ) is an organic source of sulfur, an antioxidant mineral and critical compound of structural body tissues such as cartilage. The sulfur from MSM is incorporated into joint tissues as glycosaminoglycans (or mucopolysaccharides) such as chondroitin sulfate and hyaluronic acid, and into skin as dermatan sulfate. Sulfur containing glycosaminoglycans are found in high concentrations in connective tissue, ncluding joint cartilage, skin and collagen.
