European Classic Herbal Liquid for Natural Defenses
In the herbal traditions of Europe, elderberry (Sambucus nigra) has been used
since antiquity as a wine, a syrup and a warming winter cordial. The berries
are rich in bioflavonoids and anthocyanins, a unique class of constituents known
for their beneficial effect on cellular function, and particularly for their
role in maintaining the integrity of capillary walls and immune defenses. Planetary
Formulas Full Spectrum Elderberry Fluid extract is made from both the flowers
and berries, providing you with a full spectrum of elder activity.

European Elder Berry and Flower Extract (Sambucus nigra). 5 ml
Other Ingredients: grain alcohol (40%) and purified water

Suggested Use: One teaspoon of Elderberry Fluid Extract (approx. .5 ml), in cold or hot water, two to three times daily, between meals, or as recommended by your health care professional.
