Black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) has traditionally been one of the most important
herbs for women. Modern research has focused on its ability to support women
through menopause. Planetary Formulas standardized Black Cohosh Extract 2.5%
contains a broad spectrum of the valuable triterpene glycosides considered to
be responsible for black cohosh's action.

Warning: Not for use during pregnancy.
Suggested Use: One to two Black cohosh tablets twice daily, or as recommended by your health care professional. For best results, use Black cohosh extract for at least four weeks.
