Directions:
Recommended consumption is activity driven: For general maintenance consume 4 tablets of BCAA's 30 minutes prior to commencing training and 4 tablets of BCAA's immediately after training. If you are training for a specific competition bodybuilding, powerlifting, swimming, marathons or cycling build consumption up to 20-24,000 mg per day in 4, 4, 6 and 6 cap doses of BCAA's with the first 6 cap dose of BCAA's consumed between lunch and dinner and the second cap dose of BCAA's consumed two hrs after dinner. Wait at least 30 minutes before consuming protein supplement to assure complete absorption.
