Directions:
For adults and children over 2 years old with adult supervision: Cut or tear pouch open and remove patch. Remove plastic backing from the patch. Apply to clothing around the chest (avoid using on delicate materials). Do not apply to skin. Use 1 patch at a time 2-8 hours, as needed. Breathe normally for oils to be inhaled. Remove patch off clothing and dispose so that children and pets cannot reach.
