Aroma MD Best Digest supports everyday digestive issues, such as bloating, indigestion, upset stomach, irritable bowel and inflammatory bowel disorders.

Best Digest also promotes easy digestion of fats and proteins, blood sugar in the normal range, and healthy intestinal flora. Also contains black seed oil, incomparable for its traditional healing uses.

Ingredients:
Black Seed Oil, Lavender, Chamomile, Peppermint, Caraway, Cinnamon.

Dosage:
INTERNAL: 12 and older: 7-15 drops up to three times per day at the end of a meal.

TOPICAL: 2 and older: may be applied to the belly for abdominal massage. For best effect, combine with internal use.

BATH: 2 and older, 5-20 drops.

Applications:

• Best Digest can be massaged onto the belly to ease abdominal pain.
• Best Digest is most effective when taken after a meal for indigestion, and before a meal to help digest fatty, fried foods and stabilize blood sugar inthe normal range.
• For Irritable Bowel, Ulcerative Colitis: take internally 30 minutes before meals twice per day every day for long-term support.
